KRM lädt zum Tag der offenen Moschee ein

Der Koordinationsrat der Muslime in Deutschland (KRM) lädt alle Interessierten zum Tag der offenen Moschee (TOM) am 3. Oktober ein. Mehrere hundert Moscheen bundesweit öffnen an diesem Tag, der zum 24. Mal organisiert wird, ihre Türen für Besucherinnen und Besucher, dieses Jahr unter Einhaltung der Corona-Maßnahmen.

„Im Mittelpunkt steht dieses Jahr der ‚Glaube in außergewöhnlichen Zeiten‘, so lautet unser diesjähriges TOM-Motto“, informiert der amtierende KRM-Sprecher Burhan Kesici. „Wie gehen Moscheen mit der Corona-Pandemie um? Inwieweit schränkt sie das religöse Leben ein? Welche Sicherheitvorkehrungen haben die Moscheegemeinden getroffen? Was findet noch in den Moscheen statt und was nicht mehr? Was sagt der Islam allgemein zu Pandemie, Krankheit und Leid? Über all diese und weitere Fragen möchten die muslimischen Gemeinden mit ihren Besuchern ins Gespräch kommen und Auskunft über das muslimische Gemeindeleben in diesen außergewöhnlichen Corona-Zeiten geben“, so Kesici weiter.

Aufgrund der aktuellen Umstände müssen sich Besucherinnen und Besucher auf Hygiene-Maßnahmen wie Anmeldung bzw. Registrierung bei Besuch, Mund-Nasenschutz und Einhaltung von Abstandsregeln einstellen.

Der Tag der offenen Moschee findet seit 1997 jedes Jahr am 3. Oktober statt und wird seit 2007 vom Koordinationsrat der Muslime (KRM) mit einem neuen Motto veranstaltet. Bundesweit nehmen in der Regel über tausend Moscheen daran teil und laden alle interessierten Bürgerinnen und Bürger zum Kennenlernen, Begegnung und Austausch in ihre Räumlichkeiten ein.
